Service Description

This class will focus on the bar-muscle up and bar pull-over, using progressions of these skills to cater to any experience level whether beginner or advanced. After the first half of the class working one of the above skills we'll work on strength exercises relevant to that skill - namely variations of pull-ups, dips, push-ups, rows and core work. As this class is outdoors it is subject to cancellation due to rain or if extreme temperatures occur (32°C+). In the event of cancellation your class credit will be refunded to your account to be used at a later date if you have a class pack. If you bought a single class you'll automatically be booked onto the next outdoor class with availability unless you email us to request another class time. We will always notify you of the cancellation and new class date via email and WhatsApp. If a cancellation leads to your class credit(s) expiring before it/they can be used the expiration date of your credit(s) will be extended by 1 week per cancellation that has effected your credit(s).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel and reschedule classes 24 hours or more before their start time and the class credit will be refunded to your account. Cancellation less than 24 hours before a class will result in loss of that class credit.
