Service Description

The class will work on the following components of the handstand: - Entry. For most this will be learning to kick up with confidence and consistency. More advanced attendees can work on other entries such as jumps and press to handstand. - Balance. Learn the how to balance with and without the wall. Learn how to use your fingers, shoulders, spine and hip joints to shift weight for effective balance and longer hold times. - Bailing. Learn how to execute wall and freestanding handstand drills safely with a systematic and gradual approach to handstand exits. - Line. Perfect your line with stacking of wrist, shoulder, spine and hip joints for an aesthetic, straight handstand. - Conditioning. Relevant conditioning for shoulder endurance plus mobility for the upper and lower body to make your overall handstadn training more effective.

Cancellation Policy

Once (a) credit(s) are purchased they cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled. You may reschedule classes 24 hours or more before their start time and the class credit will be refunded to your account or used to book the reschedule class. You may only reschedule a single session or class credit from a class pack twice. Cancellation between 24 and 1 hour before a class will result in loss of that class credit unless someone on the waitlist for the class is able to take your spot. Cancellation less than 1 hour before a class or a no show to a class results in the loss of that class credit.
