COACHING

All coaching options include initial consultation and questionnaire phases free of charge with no obligation

  • Once per week, twice per month and once per month packages available

  • Questionnaire used to gain an understanding of your goals, current abilities and factors affecting your training (work schedule, access to equipment etc)

  • Video consultation to further discuss and define your goals. Whether they’re specific skills e.g. the handstand or muscle-up, weight-loss, muscle gain or a combination

  • Bespoke training program designed for you based on your current level and goals, taking into account the above updated weekly based on you progress

  • Meet for 1 hour sessions at agreed frequency per week for your workouts and to discuss progress

  • Contact via WhatsApp for form check videos and quick questions daily 9am - 7pm

  • Dietary advice

  • Submit form check videos once a week for detailed voice note, video or annotated screenshot feedback depending on requirements  

  • WhatsApp text support daily from 9am - 7pm as needed for troubleshooting, quick tips etc

  • Video footage demoing all exercises for your reference

  • Dietary advice
