What do we do?
The cali-strength approach to training focuses on using your own bodyweight to develop strength, build muscle, improve body composition and learn calisthenics skills such as the handstand and muscle-up.
While calisthenics and bodyweight training is the focus, a dogmatic approach to training can needlessly limit progress. We embrace the use of other training methods (such as free-weights, machines etc.) that can support the calisthenics goals you have or help you achieve a desired outcome more efficiently.
