Bar Muscle Up Program - 8 Weeks

This program is designed for those who can complete a set of 5 or more pull-ups and dips - if you're not at this level yet run the beginners program first!

 

The program is a 2 day a week upper body program that can be slotted into other training if desired. The program utilizes muscle-up progressions alongside supplementary strength exercises to speed up your progress.

 

When setting up the file you can alter progressions within the program so it is scaled for your current strength level. The program can be run multiple times – when you have run the program once you can reset the program from the start point with harder progressions than you ran it with the first time if you don't achieve a muscle up in the first 8 weeks.
