Service Description
This class is scaled for all levels whether complete beginner or advanced, we use progressions of skills and exercises that are appropriate for your level. The class will focus on the ring muscle-up, back-lever, front-lever, L-sit and parallette bent arm inversions. We'll spend 4 weeks at a time working on one of the above skills so you have time progress. After the first half of the class working one of the above skills we'll work on strength exercises relevant to that skill - namely variations of pull-ups, dips, push-ups, rows and core work.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel and reschedule classes 24 hours or more before their start time and the class credit will be refunded to your account or used to book the reschedule class. Cancellation less than 24 hours before a class will result in loss of that class credit. No show to a class results in the loss of that class credit. You may only reschedule a £15 single class purchase once.
