In this group class you'll learn skills like the Muscle-up, Back-Lever, L-Sit, Shoulder Stand and many more! Alongside skills you'll build your strength in fundamental Calisthenics strength exercises like pull-ups, dips, push-ups, rows, squats and core exercises. This class is scaled for all levels so even if you've no experience in training you can join in!
Classes can be cancelled 24 hours or more before their start time and the class credit will be refunded to your account. Please email us with the cancellation request. Courses cannot be cancelled once purchased apart from in extenuating circumstances. Cancellation with refund in these circumstances is at the discretion of the course provider (Cali-Strength). Please email us to request such a cancellation. Once a course sells out the waitlist will open and your spot can be allotted to another customer.
